WHAT TO EXPECT

Less Pain When You Leave

Natural Pain Management that heals the body, not just cover up your symptoms.

Expect something positively different.

Whether you are familiar with Laser Therapy and PEMF or this is your first time, you can expect your visit to Nevada Laser pain Relief to be new and different from any health related experience you’ve had before. Perhaps even life-changing.

For starters, appointments can often be made same day. First time appointments will need to be scheduled with the Doctor with daily appointments available. Even evenings and weekends by special appointments (except on first consultation). You won't need a referral or any insurance to receive care  either.  Your initial paperwork is to help our doctor and therapist get a better idea of your health history and current needs.  It is recommended that you fill paperwork out online or prior to your first visit to allow us more time to spend with you.  If you cannot navigate this - we will assist you when you arrive.

During your first visit, your doctor, medical assistant or therapist will explain how pain and inflammation may occur, how a laser and or PEMF treatment is used to correct them, and the many benefits these therapies have to offer. If you've never been through a laser treatment before, this is a great way to have some of your questions answered by a knowledgeable Doctor, medical assistant or trained therapist, so you know exactly what to expect.

Your Consultation, Exam and Treatment

After a consultation and exam, the doctor will determine if you may benefit from our treatment options. You will be treated in a private room.  Please wear comfortable clothing that makes it easy for you to move around. A portion of your treatment may be performed while you are face down, while other treatments may be delivered while you are either on your back or sitting upright. Accommodations will be made for those who need help.

Consultation and Introductory Laser Treatment

A laser Therapy Practitioner will meet to prescribe a personalized treatment plan based on the assessment, diagnosis if determined by a doctor and the severity of the condition.

The treatment time is based on the condition or illness, size and number of areas treated.
The number of treatments will depend on the diagnosis and your body's response to the treatment.

Treatment Application

A threshold baseline laser treatment will be administered with an applicator that hovers over or contacts the affected area. Treatment must be administered directly to exposed skin, as laser light cannot penetrate through layers of clothing.

During the treatment, you will feel a soothing warmth that identifies the beginning of an 18-24 hour process of modulated cellular activity leading to decreased pain and inflammation. The laser is flooding the tissue with photons, which energizes cells resulting in increased circulation and a cascade of cellular activity to the injured area and ultimately pain reduction.

After Treatment

Some clients feel an immediate response to the treatment while others require 3-5 treatment sessions to feel a significant change.

You can expect-
• Reduced swelling and inflammation in target tissue both deep and superficial.
• Immediate pain and discomfort reduction from the decrease in inflammation.
• Enhanced mobility and flexibility in stiff joints.
• Reduced muscle tightness and spasms.
• An accelerated recovery.

Report of Findings
We will discuss the results of the assessment, how many sessions you may need to determine a personalized plan. Depending on the condition or illness, average suggestions are two-three times per week for a range of three to six weeks for maximum recovery. Maintenance treatments may be suggested based on the condition.

Lastly, we will prescribe a course of action for proper treatment and outline the cost and schedule your treatments.
